Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role involves working in the field, providing exceptional customer service while repairing and maintaining various household appliances. A successful technician will demonstrate proficiency in reading schematics and possess experience in equipment repair, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, ensuring high-quality service.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance on appliances to prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Assemble and install appliances as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role in field service.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems and HVAC principles is preferred.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Electrical experience is advantageous for troubleshooting complex issues.

Pay: $51,805.43 - $62,389.33 per year
