Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vehicle Wrap & Vinyl Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality vehicle wraps and vinyl graphics to a variety of vehicles, ensuring precise surface preparation, installation, and finishing. Your expertise will help transform vehicles into eye-catching works of art while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety. Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces meticulously through sanding, masking, cleaning, and surface preparation techniques to ensure optimal adhesion of wraps and vinyl graphics
- Measure, cut, and install vehicle wraps and decals with precision, ensuring seamless application and alignment on complex curves and contours
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as spray guns, grinders, and buffing machines to achieve smooth finishes and flawless results
- Perform automotive buffing, auto body repairs, painting, coating spray applications, and auto restoration tasks as needed to support vehicle customization projects
- Conduct surface testing and quality inspections throughout the installation process to guarantee durability and aesthetic excellence
- Follow safety protocols including proper use of respiratory protection and other personal protective equipment during all phases of work
- Collaborate with team members on project timelines, customer specifications, and vehicle maintenance requirements to deliver exceptional service
Skills
- Skilled with vinyl decals, lettering, window graphics, and signs
- Familiarity with surface preparation masking techniques for paint jobs or vinyl applications
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding project scope and expectations
- Experience with auto estimating or project planning is a plus but not required
- Experience installing full and partial vehicle wraps
