Store ManagerJob Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, compliance, staff development, and sales reporting. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and experience managing teams in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Ensure door lock systems are updated as needed
- Manage daily cash handling and deposit oversight
- Supervise inventory operations, including:
- Inventory counts
- Inventory discrepancy resolution
- Product transfers from backstock to sales floor
- Receiving inventory shipments
- Coordinate non-cannabis supply orders, including office supplies and retail accessories
- Maintain store security and compliance standards
- Manage monthly compliance logs and inspections
- Conduct monthly security checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT/system issues as needed
Team Management
- Supervise and develop Operational Leads, Sales Leads, and Wellness Specialists
- Support hiring, onboarding, team building, and career development
- Partner with Sales team to manage Wellness Specialists
- Ensure staff are aligned with sales goals and expectations
- Create weekly schedules using sales and patient traffic data
- Maintain updated staff records and lists
Reporting & Analytics
- Monthly Manager Override Reports
- Expiring Inventory Reports
- Weekly Patient Wait Time Reports
- Provide operational commentary and recommendations alongside reports
- Collaborate with procurement and sales leadership as needed
Financial Responsibilities
- Submit month-end closing information within required deadlines
- Participate in monthly financial performance meetings
- Assist with operational budgeting and accountability
Qualifications
- Previous management or operations experience preferred
- Previous experience in a Sales focused environment preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with inventory management and compliance procedures
- Ability to analyze reports and operational data
- Proficiency with POS systems and general technology troubleshooting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $35,561.25 - $60,203.06 per year
