Position Summary
We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming dining experience
- Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately take and enter customer orders
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Must meet all local requirements for serving food and beverages
