Step into a role where your work truly matters every single day. As a Mental Health Technician (MHT) at Cross Pointe Outpatient Office, you’ll be a vital part of a compassionate behavioral health team—supporting patients through some of their most important moments while keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position that blends direct patient care with essential front office coordination, giving you a dynamic workday where no two moments are the same.
You’ll be the steady presence patients rely on and the organized force that keeps care moving forward. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and rooming patients with professionalism and empathy
- Taking and recording vital signs to support clinical decision-making
- Managing medication refill requests that help patients stay on track with treatment
- Handling patient registration and appointment scheduling to ensure seamless access to care
- Answering and triaging office phone calls with urgency and care
In this role, you’re not just completing tasks—you’re helping remove barriers to care, improving patient experiences, and supporting a team that changes lives every day.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this position offers constant engagement and purpose. You’ll build valuable healthcare skills, gain exposure to behavioral health operations, and develop experience that can launch or grow a career in healthcare, nursing, social work, or mental health services.
- High School Diploma or GED and valid driver's license required
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
- A compassionate, patient-first mindset
Preferred (but not required):
- Social work classes or prior mental health experience
If you’re looking for more than just a job—and want a role where your presence truly supports healing, stability, and access to care—this is your opportunity to make a difference from day one.
