Duties
- Load and secure parcels properly to prevent damage during transit, utilizing manual lifting techniques and heavy lifting skills
- Deliver mail, parcels, and packages directly to customers’ doorsteps or designated drop points with professionalism and courtesy
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently at the start and end of shifts
- Follow route driving instructions precisely while adhering to safety protocols and traffic laws
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently in outdoor environments, managing time effectively on assigned routes
