What You’ll Do
- Complete apartment turns and make-ready units for new residents
- Perform basic maintenance repairs including painting, minor plumbing, light electrical, drywall repair, and general upkeep
- Replace fixtures, hardware, appliances, and complete punch-list items
- Assist with grounds, curb appeal, and community upkeep as needed
- Troubleshoot basic maintenance concerns and complete work orders when needed
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained community
- Follow company safety standards and property policies
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous maintenance, make-ready, construction, handyman, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience
- Willingness to learn apartment maintenance skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, bend, climb stairs, and work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation required
- Basic hand tools preferred but not required
