General Summary:
The position of “Managed Solutions Group” Advisor has been specifically developed to provide relationship, administrative and sales support to OIA's Small Relationship (>$150k) clients; while assisting the Trust team with servicing and investment management for OIA’s largest client; the OBT Trust Department.
Requirements:
Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with an ability to work independently. Needs to effectively communicate among various departments in both written and verbal format. Most importantly, the individual must be able to work with clients/prospects and convey OIA’s value proposition effectively, with the goal of gaining wallet share via appropriate selling strategiesandsatisfying client needs. Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently under ever-changing workloads, timeframes, and market deadlines.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:
1. Relationship and sales management for ~250 OIA clients; those clients that have account(s) under $150k.
2. Client engagement via telephone, email and in-person or virtual meetings.
3. Prospecting via client referrals and community engagement.
4. Multiple goals include client retention, share of wallet growth, client resume building, cross selling to OBT where appropriate and creating a center of excellence for client satisfaction.
5. Fielding any Trust Officer or Administrator requests from within OBT when the Managed Solutions Wealth Advisors are out of the office or attending client meetings.
6. Working in conjunction with the Managed Solutions team to prepare prospect and client presentations, fulfill monthly investment reviews and complete any report requests.
7. Assist in the distribution of economic updates to the Trust department provided by OIA’s Investment Policy Committee.
8. Perform all duties and projects as assigned by management.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience of 3 plus years required.
Series 65 License required.
Prior Salesforce (or CRM) usage preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with a strong focus on Word and Excel
2. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
3. Should have the ability and experience to draft clear and professional correspondence, policies and procedures.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
1. Flexibility to work additional hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as required.
2. Typically, the noise level in the work environment is low to moderate.
3. Will have a high volume of interactions in person and over the telephone.
4. Fast-paced environment.
5. May experience occasional job stress in response to job demands.
6. There are no significant hazardous conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. Frequently required to sit for prolonged periods of time.
2. Mobility required greeting and assisting employees and visitors.
3. Frequently required to skillfully operate a computer, telephone and other standard office equipment.
4. Occasionally travel outside of work location to attend meetings and training programs.
5. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Pay: $71,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
