Titletown Manufacturing is looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Estimator & Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll review customer RFQs, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate, competitive quotes for precision machined components and assemblies while serving as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. You'll work closely with customers, production, engineering, purchasing, and sales to ensure projects are quoted accurately, communicated effectively, and successfully transitioned into production.
This position is ideal for someone with machining or manufacturing experience who enjoys building customer relationships, solving manufacturing challenges, has excellent computer skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Review customer RFQs, blueprints, models, and specifications to understand manufacturing requirements.
- Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, machine time, tooling, and outside processing.
- Determine manufacturing methods, routing, setup requirements, and cycle times.
- Source pricing for raw materials, purchased components, and outside services.
- Prepare professional quotations and follow up with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and technical questions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts while providing outstanding service.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and purchasing to ensure manufacturability, competitive pricing, and successful project execution.
- Maintain estimating data, customer communications, and quote history within ERP and quoting software.
- Analyze historical production data to improve quote accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of estimating, manufacturing engineering, production planning, CNC machining, account management, or related manufacturing experience.
- Strong ability to read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and understand machining processes.
- Working knowledge of CNC milling and turning operations.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Experience with Paperless Parts is a strong plus, but not required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- Prior CNC programming, CNC setup, manufacturing engineering, or shop floor experience is a plus.
- Experience working in a precision machining or job shop environment.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with flexibility and summer hours.
