New Vitalis Pharmacy is seeking a Kentucky-licensed Staff Pharmacist to join our growing compounding pharmacy in Louisville.

$52–$70/hour
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
No nights. No weekends. No holidays.
Compounding experience is not required. We will train the right pharmacist.

What You'll Do
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will help ensure that every prescription leaving New Vitalis meets our standards for accuracy, quality and patient care.
Responsibilities may include:
- Reviewing and verifying compounded and traditional prescriptions
- Ensuring prescription accuracy, quality and regulatory compliance
- Collaborating with prescribers regarding customized patient therapies
- Providing clinical guidance to pharmacy technicians and team members
- Answering medication and patient-care questions
- Supporting efficient pharmacy workflow and quality-control processes
- Helping identify opportunities to improve the patient and provider experience
- Supporting the continued growth of New Vitalis Pharmacy
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a pharmacist who is:
- Currently licensed and in good standing as a pharmacist in Kentucky
- Detail-oriented and committed to medication safety
- Professional, dependable and collaborative
- Comfortable communicating with physicians, patients and pharmacy team members
- Interested in learning more about compounding and personalized medicine
- Able to thrive in a growing, team-oriented environment
Previous compounding experience is welcome but not required.
Additional state pharmacist licenses are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $52–$70 per hour, based on experience, qualifications and applicable licensure.
