Looking for reliable machine operators for our dayshift packaging team in Hubbard. Hands-on production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Production Machine Operator – Packaging – Midnight Shift – Hubbard, OH
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
What this job is:
Operate automated packaging equipment used to count and package small components. This role focuses on maintaining steady production and ensuring accurate packaging during overnight production.
What you’ll be doing:
Load components into packaging machines
Monitor machine output and clear jams or miscounts
Label and box completed product runs
Track production and complete basic forms
Perform visual quality checks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
What we’re looking for:
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift 50 + lbs
Basic reading and counting skills
Comfortable standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods
Reliable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
