Elysian Resources is a professional staffing and recruiting firm specializing in Direct Hire and Temp-to-Perm staffing solutions for office and professional-level positions throughout South Florida.
We are seeking a driven, bilingual Account Executive to help expand our professional staffing division through outbound prospecting, relationship building, networking, and client acquisition.
This is a true hunter-style sales role focused on developing new business relationships with companies hiring for professional and office-based positions.
You will work directly with HR managers, hiring managers, and business owners to provide staffing and recruiting solutions across:
- Administrative & Office Support
- Accounting & Finance
- HR & Operations
- Customer Service & Professional Roles
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of companies hiring for professional and office-based positions
- Schedule and attend client meetings throughout South Florida
- Present professional staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions to decision-makers
- Negotiate staffing service agreements and close new accounts
- Maintain strong follow-up and long-term relationship building with prospects and clients
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain CRM activity, pipeline updates, and organized sales processes
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- 1+ years of B2B sales, staffing sales, recruiting sales, or business development experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Ability to generate business without provided leads
- Professional presence in both phone and in-person meetings
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Strong organization and pipeline management skills
