You don't need a degree or years of experience. You need patience, a love of working with kids, and the willingness to learn. We handle the rest.
If you've ever babysat, coached youth sports, worked at a daycare, or tutored, you're exactly who we want to talk to. We'll train you from scratch and pay you while we do it.
What You'll Earn-
$18–$23 per hour

$500 bonus after training and 30 days of direct therapy work

Schedule
We're open Monday–Saturday, 8am–7pm. Afternoons and after-school hours, fits around college, another job, or family.

Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, helping them build communication, independence, and confidence. Every session is different. Every win is meaningful.

Follow individualized treatment plans and track progress

Work alongside a supportive clinical team
- Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance

Able to pass a background check

Able to lift 50 lbs and move actively during sessions
