We’re hiring an experienced State Farm customer service professional who can confidently handle complex service work, deliver a five-star client experience, and create sales opportunities through everyday service conversations.
Compensation & Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Handle complex customer service cases with accuracy, professionalism, and urgency
- Help customers through claims, billing issues, policy changes, and accidents
- Deliver exceptional service through phone and virtual communication
- Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities when appropriate
- Mentor and support newer team members
- Stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced remote environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of State Farm customer service experience required
- Property & Casualty license required
- Life & Health license required
- Strong working knowledge of NECHO and ECRM required
- Strong claims, billing, and service problem-solving ability
