Responsibilities:
· Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
· Assisting attorney's and paralegals in the development of files and prosecuting personal injury claims
· Corresponding with client's healthcare providers to obtain medical records.
· Communicate client updates to all relevant parties.
· Maintain accurate client documentation.
· Contact the client regularly to obtain updated health and case related information.
· Perform intakes with potential new clients.
Qualifications:
· Compassionate and caring demeanor
· Ability to build rapport with clients.
· Strong leadership qualities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· General computer knowledge
· The ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM.
· The ability to organize, plan and prioritize work.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
