Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager positions to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our hospitality environment. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and motivate your team to provide outstanding service. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, floor care, and maintenance tasks.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels while maintaining flexibility for peak times.
- Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial roles with a focus on hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial equipment.
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

NOTE
- Housekeeping supervisor is an hourly position and Housekeeping Manager is a salary position.
Pay: $27.50 - $28.75 per hour
