We need a Cashier/Customer Service Associate who can ring up transactions fast, keep customers happy, and stay cool when things get hectic. If you're friendly, detail-oriented, and ready for a role where no two days are exactly the same, we want to meet you.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Full-Time
What You'll Actually Do
- Work the till like a pro—processing cash, cards, and digital payments with speed and accuracy
- Greet customers with genuine friendliness (even at the end of a long shift)
- Answer customer questions and handle requests or issues without breaking a sweat
- Keep transactions organized and documented properly
- Handle refunds, exchanges, and special requests with professionalism
- Keep your checkout area clean, organized, and ready for action
- Jump in to help the team when it gets busy
- Follow cash handling procedures because we take that stuff seriously
Who We're Looking For
- 1+ years of customer service, retail, or cashier experience (or solid customer-facing background)
- Sharp attention to detail—especially with numbers and transactions
- Genuinely good at talking to people and making them feel heard
- Comfortable learning point-of-sale systems and basic computer tools
- Professional and reliable—you show up and do the work
- Able to stay organized and pivot quickly when priorities shift
Nice to Have: POS system experience, bilingual abilities, cash reconciliation skills
