Under the supervision of the Registrar/Director of Veteran Affairs, the Assistant Registrar is responsible for maintaining records, correspondence, and reports pertaining to students, including those related to curriculum, continuing education, and literacy education.
Minimum/Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree
-
Three years of experience in an office setting.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Demonstrated mastery of relevant technological capacities (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Three years of experience working in Student Services in a Community College system.

Knowledge of the North Carolina Community College Administrative Code as it pertains to Workforce and Continuing Education FTE/enrollment reporting; knowledge of Colleague, Entrinsik Informer.
