Director of Nursing (DON) – Salem, MA
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,000
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 2 years of Director of Nursing or Long-Term Care leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.
- Experience with staff scheduling, clinical operations, policy development, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
