The Server Supervisor works alongside the Server Manager to oversee all operations at the restaurant. They shape the guest experience by maintaining the dining room’s appearance, hiring and training quality staff, and ensuring good customer service.

Job Responsabilities:
- Overseeing operations when the server manager is absent.
- Address customer and employee complaints when the manager is absent.
- Assigning duties to staff during a shift.
- Train and coach new employees.
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 50 pounds.
- Assist with catering, as well as generate new catering leads.
- Additional management duties
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Shift Leader or relevant managerial role.
- Leadership skills and the ability to make decisions fast.
- Strong problem solving aptitude.
- Proficient with restaurant Point of Sale.
- Organizational skills, able to juggle many responsibilities at a time.
- Training experience to successfully support new team member onboarding is preferable.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
