Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Executive to lead industrial construction projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. As a key leader within our team, you will coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, manage client relationships, and drive project success through expert project management practices. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of industrial construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Oversee project coordination activities including resource allocation, subcontractor management, and procurement processes.
- Monitor project progress through detailed project scheduling and tracking tools like Primavera P6 and Construction management software; adjust plans proactively to mitigate risks.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity of scope and compliance with specifications; facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities, verify safety protocols, review quality standards, and ensure adherence to design schematics.
- Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and progress reports using Bluebeam and other digital tools.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by applying strong time management skills and enforcing strict adherence to schedules.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes safety, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience
- Proven experience in heavy industrial or large-scale commercial construction projects with a focus on project management or construction supervision.
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost control practices.
- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; familiar with Civil 3D for civil design review is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety protocols and site coordination.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of contracts administration and legal aspects related to construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Excellent communication skills for facilitating collaboration among diverse teams; experience in project scheduling is essential. Pay: $80,971.76 - $97,514.38 per year
