Greystone Village Pharmacy is a locally owned, independent community pharmacy in Raleigh, NC. We are looking for a dedicated, highly organized Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities
- Navigate our pharmacy software (PioneerRx) efficiently to manage daily workflow.
- Accurately enter prescription data, process third-party insurance claims, and resolve rejections.
- Assist the Pharmacist in filling, dispensing, and managing medications.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service at the cash register.
- Manage our Medication Synchronization (Med-Sync) program and coordinate patient pick-ups.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock.
- Handle inbound and outbound patient phone calls with professionalism and care.
Required Qualifications
- Certification: Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA).
- State Registration: Must be currently registered and in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy (NCBOP).
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of retail pharmacy experience (independent pharmacy experience is a major plus!).
- PioneerRx Experience: Active, hands-on experience using PioneerRx pharmacy software is highly preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help patients.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
