Utilize Net Health documentation system

Opportunity to grow consistent PRN caseloads
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
Help residents improve independence and daily functional abilities
Complete timely and accurate documentation in Net Health
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide excellent patient care
Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory standards
Current Ohio COTA license
SNF/LTC experience preferred but not required
Net Health experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
