We are looking for a cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. A social club, apart of a large LLC with many different bars and sweepstakes lounges that sells arcade time and allows our customers to play sweepstakes games and win prizes. We are everything entertainment, and entertainment is our goal. Can involve down time but requires great customer service and charisma and being able to self delegate. Position is paid hourly and keeps all tips.
This position will be for 2-4 days a week with shift times ranging from 6-8 hours emphasis on some weekends and holidays required.
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
- Ensure pricing is accurate.
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
- Redeem prizes.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
- Track transactions.
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
- Help new sweepstakes players learn and get started..
Requirements and skills preferred.
- Familiarity with computers and POS systems.
- Basic math.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
- High school diploma.
- Background check required.
