We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten, 1st Grade (ELA), and 3rd Grade (Math/Science) Teacher to inspire young learners and create a positive, engaging classroom environment. The ideal candidate will develop meaningful lessons, support students’ academic and social-emotional growth, and foster a love of learning during these important elementary years.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards for students.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and developmental levels of students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages positive behavior and active participation.
- Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Integrate educational technology and hands-on learning activities to enhance student engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and classroom communications.
- Collaborate with parents, administrators, and support staff to promote student success.
- Participate in professional development and school-wide activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification.
- Experience teaching elementary-aged children.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of early literacy, foundational math instruction, and child development.
- Ability to create engaging lessons that support students with varying learning styles and abilities.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
