Astra Health is looking for a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical oversight to our growing Home Health team.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor nurses and clinical staff
- Ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance
- Review OASIS and clinical documentation
- Conduct chart audits and provide coaching
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Support onboarding and staff development
Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN License
- 2+ years of Home Health experience
- Leadership or Clinical Supervisor experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations, OASIS, and Axxess EMR
