Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry
- Apply color theory principles to create customized nail designs that match client preferences and trends
- Maintain strict salon safety protocols by following sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a hygienic environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and enhance their overall experience
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with all health regulations throughout each shift
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques to elevate your skills
Requirements
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work
- Knowledge of nail extensions, acrylic application, gel manicures (hard gel, builder gel, gel X), dip, and advanced nail care techniques
- Familiarity with salon safety protocols including sanitation, disinfection procedures, and client communication best practices
- Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members
- Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude

Pay: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
