Esthetician Assistant – Skin Care Clinic
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Esthetician Assistant to join our skin care clinic. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, is interested in skincare and aesthetics, and is comfortable assisting with both treatment-room and daily clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist estheticians with preparing treatment rooms and clients for skincare services
- Clean, sanitize, and organize treatment rooms and equipment between clients
- Prepare supplies, products, towels, and other materials needed for treatments
- Assist with basic skincare services within your training and permitted scope
- Greet clients and help create a warm, professional experience
- Help with client intake, before/after photos, and treatment preparation
- Provide basic pre- and post-treatment instructions as directed
- Assist with scheduling, answering phones, confirming appointments, and checking clients in/out when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, treatment rooms, and common areas
- Restock skincare products and treatment supplies
- Help with product sales and explain basic skincare products to clients
- Support follow-up communication with existing clients
- Assist with social media content, promotions, and taking treatment photos/videos when needed
- Work closely with estheticians and other team members to keep daily operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- Esthetician license preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates currently attending esthetician school
- Previous experience in a skincare clinic, spa, or customer-service environment is a plus
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients
- Strong interest in skincare, beauty, and aesthetic treatments
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and work in a busy environment
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Comfortable helping with both front-desk and back-office responsibilities
- Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus, but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
