Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team. As a Technician at Clark Auto Service, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our customers' vehicles are running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify and diagnose issues.
- Assist with minor repairs, including replacing parts and making adjustments.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating with clients about their vehicle needs and recommended services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and quality service.
Qualifications:
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred but not required.
- Previous experience as a General Service Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
