The Role
We are looking for an experienced Title Closer who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering smooth, accurate, and on-time closings.
This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who can own the closing process from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review closing packages, CDs, ALTA statements, and supporting documents
- Conduct closings with buyers, sellers, and agents with confidence and professionalism
- Ensure accuracy of all financials, disbursements, and compliance requirements
- Identify and resolve title or closing issues proactively
- Coordinate with lenders, agents, and internal teams to keep deals on track
- Deliver an exceptional client experience at the closing table
What You Bring
- Required: Active Notary License
- Required: Proven experience as a Title Closer (title company experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of closing documents, title commitments, and disbursements
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 50-60K
