Position – Maintenance Assistant
The Maintenance Assistant position is classified as supporting an administrative support department for the Regional Care Group network. The incumbent hired will represent Regional Care Group network on official communications.
Position Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
- Provide routine maintenance – Replace light bulbs, repair plumbing, repair furniture
- Center Grounds – Trim, mow, weed, fertilize, snow removal
- Paint structures as needed
- Know proper procedures / equipment safety
- Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner
Pay is based on experience:
$16.53 - $19.83
Schedule:
M-F 8am- 4:30pm

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift/carry 10-40 pounds
- Must be able to pass a background check, pre employment drug screen and provide 3-5 professional references
