JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Embody integrity, accountability, initiative, and respect in all dealings and tasks performed.
- Responsible for safe and compliant installations of construction projects, including gas compressors, tank batteries, SWDs, and well connects.
- Schedule and coordinate activities of civil and mechanical construction crews.
- Lead tail gate safety and JSA meetings.
- Assist PM with the preparation of job books (weld maps, hydrotest records, etc.)
- Participate in weekly progress meetings led by Customer PMs.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external team members.
- Maximize day-to-day productivity by planning and structuring tasks efficiently.
- Conduct business with the highest ethial standards.
- Adhere and promote Company’s safety policies.
- Other tasks and projects may be assigned, as needed.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in oil & gas construction projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license and safe driving record.
- Knowledge of general construction practices employed in oil & gas industry including compressor stations, tank batteries, and SWDs.
- Competent skills and knowledge of the codes, standards, and regulations applicable to construction activities.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documents including but not limited to P&IDs, PFDs, Isometric drawings, Piping Plans, etc.
- Ability to work with Navisworks 3D models (view only).
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels within the company as well as organizations outside the company.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability & willingness to work weekends & holidays as needed.
- Willing to work out of town when needed.
- Effective team leader and team player
- Comfortable in delegating tasks and responsibilities.
- Comfortable in coaching, mentoring and disciplining team members as required.
- Familiar with and willing to follow Policy and Procedures.
- Manages between 3-5 crews.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in changing climate conditions and a plant environment.
- Ability to work while kneeling, squatting, sitting, climbing, and standing.
- Follow and adhere to all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
- The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
