Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, licensed Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture, with a focus on design and project management. The Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of various projects, ensuring they meet our high standards and client expectations.
Duties:
- Design and develop building and interior projects using industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD and REVIT.
- Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, negotiating project details and providing ongoing support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Collaborate to prepare detailed project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including blueprints and CAD files.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and project timelines.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience in architecture, design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.
- Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
- Ability to negotiate with clients and vendors.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Experience with construction management and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
