Responsibilities:
- Engage shoppers in conversation via a well-trained script to generate interest in more information
- Help set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments
- Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer’s appointment time on the spot
- Use the provided script and technology tools accurately
- Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
- Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection
- Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift (4-6 hours)
- Reliable transportation to your local Home Depot Stores.
- Previous customer service, sales, or promo experience is a plus (but not required!)
