Travel Float Pool RN – Tucson, Arizona (13-Week Contract)

Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
Schedule: 36 hours per week guaranteed, must work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
Float: Required across multiple departments as needed
We’re seeking a flexible and experienced Travel Float Pool RN to join a dynamic healthcare team in Tucson, AZ. This assignment is perfect for nurses who thrive in variety, adapt easily, and are eager to make a difference across multiple departments.
Active Arizona RN license (or compact)
Certifications: BLS & ACLS required
Experience: Minimum 2+ years RN experience
Strong adaptability and willingness to float between departments
Provide high-quality nursing care in a variety of units depending on patient needs and staffing.
Adapt quickly to different workflows, policies, and patient populations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Deliver compassionate, safe, and efficient care while maintaining flexibility in assignments.
