POSITION OVERVIEW
Birch Tree Care is looking for a Pruning & Removal Coordinator to help lead and organize our
pruning and removal operations. This role works closely with the General Manager and field crews to
ensure jobs are executed efficiently, safely, and to the high standards our customers expect.
This position is ideal for someone who understands tree care operations and wants to grow into a
key leadership role within the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate daily scheduling and logistics for pruning and removal crews
Communicate clearly with crews to ensure job expectations, safety standards, and timelines are
understood
Support the General Manager in production planning and crew assignments
Ensure jobs are completed efficiently while maintaining Birch Tree Cares quality standards
Assist with equipment coordination, maintenance, and repairs
Manage materials, tools, and supply needs for production crews
Respond quickly to job-site challenges and operational issues
Monitor production progress and help keep crews on schedule
Maintain job tracking and reporting through company software
Support training and development of field employees

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
3+ years experience in the arboriculture / tree care industry preferred
Experience with tree pruning and removals
Crew leadership or operations coordination experience preferred
Familiarity with production scheduling or job coordination is a plus
Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Business, or Environmental Sciences preferred (or equivalent
experience)
