We are a fast-growing, family-owned manufacturing company looking for a highly organized, proactive Office / Operations Manager to help keep our shop running smoothly. This role will work directly under ownership and will play a key part in overseeing day-to-day operations, production workflow, scheduling, machine maintenance coordination, and ensuring projects stay on track from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee daily machine shop floor operations and production workflow
- Track job progress to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and priorities are met
- Schedule and coordinate production runs, workload, and machine time
- Monitor raw material and tooling inventory levels and implement restock processes
- Coordinate and schedule machine maintenance / preventative maintenance routines
- Work closely with ownership, machinists, and assembly teams to keep communication flowing
- Develop and maintain systems for organization, documentation, and reporting
- Create production reports, job status updates, and performance tracking
- Help identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Support safety and compliance practices within the shop
- General operational support as needed to keep the business running smoothly
Qualifications
- Experience in management of CNC machining environment, or similar production setting preferred
- Basic CNC machine operation experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
- Problem-solver with a proactive “see it and handle it” mindset
- Comfortable working closely with leadership and managing accountability
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office & Teams (Odoo knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic shop environment
