The technician is responsible for performing water mitigation demolition work for residential properties, under the guidance of a lead technician and project manager. This is a labor-intensive construction-related position. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow. At least one year of water mitigation technician work is preferred.
● Collaborate with the project manager to create a scope of work for each job, then carry out the scope of work.
● Document all work performed on a job
● Take photos before, during, and after demolition, and after setting drying equipment.
● Be capable of carrying heavy loads of debris, damaged materials, and equipment from the property.
Qualifications:
● Be ready, willing and able to work. Show up every day with a good attitude and a willingness to work.
● Be able to work unsupervised, following a scope of work to perform expected duties.
● Willingness to undergo a background check and driving record check.
Experience:
● Water Mitigation, 1 year (Preferred)
● Restoration, 1 year (Preferred)
