Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Water Treatment Technician to install, service, and maintain home water treatment systems. This role involves working directly with homeowners to ensure safe, high-quality water through proper system performance, troubleshooting, and customer education.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential water treatment systems, including water softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis units, and related equipment
- Diagnose system issues and perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Conduct water testing and analyze results to recommend appropriate treatment solutions
- Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance, and water quality best practices
- Complete service documentation, work orders, and inventory records accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at job sites and in company vehicles
- Follow all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards
- Provide professional, courteous customer service at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
