Step away from the hectic hospital pace and into a role where you can focus on one patient at a time. We’re looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) (LPN)to join our home health team and provide compassionate, skilled care in a comfortable home setting.
Schedule:
Sunday-Wednesday
10pm-7am
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, positioning, and dressing
- Support treatment plans in collaboration with care teams
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Manage ventilators, tracheostomy care, g-tubes, and catheters as needed
- Provide therapy support as directed by therapists
- Accompany clients to medical appointments when needed
- Engage clients in age-appropriate activities and stimulation
- Maintain accurate documentation in KanTime (EVV-compliant)
- Communicate effectively with the family and Everest care coordination team
Experience
- Current nursing license with proven experience in private duty nursing or related healthcare settings.
- Active Arizona RN or LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- TB test results
- Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Clean background check.
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infectious disease management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
