Summary:
Responsible for analyzing personnel IT security permission, perform periodic audits of IT Security and respond to questions from personnel in user community regarding passwords and user IDs. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Access database. Experience in managing user access in Infor CloudSuite Financials, Infor Lawson, Infor Global HR, Mainframe, and EReports -IBMis a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
The Analyst, Technology, will provide input on technology needs in order to develop new programs or modify and improve existing programs for personnel.

Responsibilities:
- Develops and provides training and support to employees.
- Participates in planning, design, and development of materials, including teaching aids, workbooks, job aids, manuals, instructor guides, and other necessary training materials.
- Delivers effective oral presentations.
- Updates email records, such as global mailing lists.
- Possesses knowledge to use email, word processing, spreadsheets, and database software effectively.
- Assists in conducting orientation sessions and on-the-job training for new hires.
- Provides technical assistance in support of synchronizing devices with the email program.
- Utilizes best practices, policies and procedures, organization and time-management principles.
- Stays current with new and emerging information at the national, state, and local levels and incorporate these into training programs.
- Performs clerical duties/tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of this position.
- Assists with the overall support of district initiatives and programs.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.

Experience: Four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in a support assignment associated with the department funding this position.
Language Skills: Reads and interprets general business and professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations. Writes reports, correspondence, and manuals. Effectively presents and responds to questions from managers and the public.
Mathematical Skills: Adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Computes rate, ratio, and percent and draws and interprets bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Solves practical problems and deals with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: Microsoft office.
