This leadership position requires minimal supervision. The individual is responsible for exercising independent judgment to manage the daily operations related to optimally operating the hotel. This employee understands, appreciates, and embraces our vision, mission, and values. As a leader, one must be a self-starter and understand that the position requires 24-hour availability.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $48,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Handling customer complaints and queries
- Training, mentoring, and supervising staff in the Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Breakfast department
- Walk/be present on property, especially during shift changes, to ensure daily priorities are communicated, which will equip individuals and the team for success
- Handle guest complaints and queries promptly and professionally to uphold service excellence.
Qualifications:-
Ability to read and interpret business materials, write professional correspondence, and deliver presentations.

- Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret business correspondence, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
