Primo Water Retail Sales Representative
Full-Time | Weekly Pay | W-2 Position | Paid Training + Commission & Bonuses

We are currently hiring motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as a Primo Water Retail Sales Representative in the Minneapolis area.
This is an entry-level, in-person sales opportunity where you'll represent Primo Water inside high-traffic retail locations. You'll connect directly with customers, introduce convenient home and office water solutions, explain available products and services, and help customers choose options that fit their needs.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for advancement for individuals who are motivated to learn and grow.
What You'll Do
- Represent Primo Water inside established retail locations
- Engage with customers through friendly, face-to-face conversations
- Educate customers on Primo Water products, services, and current promotions
- Explain available water delivery and hydration solutions
- Answer customer questions and help determine the best service options
- Assist customers through the enrollment and sales process
- Work alongside your team to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Maintain a professional and positive representation of the brand

Schedule & Location
This is a full-time, in-person position working inside retail locations throughout the Minneapolis, MN area. Candidates should have reliable transportation and availability to work a full-time retail schedule.

Pay: $46,840.11 - $68,452.61 per year
