- Manages a staff of approximately 3-5 people
- Provides on-the-job- training for all employees
- Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales and service of food
- Forecast food items. Estimates what amount of each food item will be consumed per shift
- Completes daily food preparation including closing food preparation, slicing and bread production.
- Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness
- Completes daily and weekly paperwork
- Responsible for 100%k of the cash drawers at all times during shift
- Performs other related duties as required
- Must be able to speak, read, write English language fluently. Understand use of personal computer of various software such as Excel and Word.
- Required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds.
The position is 4 evenings from 3-10pm and 1 am shift from 6-3am.
