Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our pediatric clients in achieving their developmental goals. As part of our team, you’ll enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with families in your community.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide engaging, play-based therapy to children in their homes.
- Document client progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with Occupational Therapists, parents, and caregivers.
- Encourage creativity and fun while helping clients achieve functional goals.

Requirements:
- Current Florida Occupational Therapy Assistant License (Required).
- Reliable transportation to commute to clients in Sunrise, FL.
- Previous pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.
