What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Coach employees to become footwear experts and trusted advisors
- Drive sales while creating an exceptional customer experience
- Recruit, train, and develop future leaders
- Oversee merchandising, inventory presentation, and visual standards
- Manage daily store operations, scheduling, and performance metrics
- Build lasting relationships with customers and the local community
- Collaborate with ownership on new initiatives, events, and growth strategies
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of retail management experience (footwear, apparel, specialty retail preferred)
- Proven ability to coach and motivate a team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for customer service and relationship building
- Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic technology
- Willingness to work weekends and peak retail seasons
- Social media marketing experience is a huge plus
