We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team under Georgia's Pediatric Program (GAPP).
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the client's home according to the physician's Plan of Care.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor and document vital signs, respiratory status, neurological status, and overall condition.
- Provide care for clients with complex medical needs, including:
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator management
- Enteral (G-tube/J-tube) feeding
- Seizure monitoring and intervention
- Medication administration
- Catheter care
- Educate and support clients and family caregivers.
- Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.
- Communicate changes in client condition to the physician, Clinical Supervisor, and interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in supervisory visits and quality improvement activities as required by GAPP regulations.
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background screening and drug screening.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, or enteral feeding is a plus.

Pay: $50.00 per hour
