Prepare ingredients and components to recipe standards: chopping, portioning, and assembling items for the line.
Support the cook line during service by executing simple cooking tasks, plating, and running food to expedient standards.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness: wash dishes, sanitize workstations, and follow scheduled cleaning tasks.
Receive, organize, and rotate deliveries; help with basic stock counts and storage following FIFO principles.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures, including proper temperature controls and allergen awareness.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and perform routine setup and close procedures.
Communicate clearly with Back of House and Front of House teammates to ensure smooth service and fast turn times.
