MEZE Turkish Fine Cuisine is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Server to join our team. We are looking for individuals who take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and specials Take accurate food and beverage orders Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional hospitality Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Assist with opening and closing side work duties Process payments accurately and efficiently Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service Upsell menu items, specials, desserts, wine, and cocktails
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience required Fine Dining experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Fluent English required (additional languages are a plus) Weekend and holiday availability required
