We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Adult Education Student Success Team. This position plays a key role in supporting adult learners and out-of-school youth as they work toward their educational and career goals. Responsibilities include student onboarding, advising, assessment administration, maintaining accurate student records, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines, and providing ongoing support throughout the student journey.
The successful candidate will also assist the Finance Department with copying, electronic filing, and other administrative support as needed. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and technology skills, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
· Associate’s Degree or higher preferred, not required.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
· Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse and international student population.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, SharePoint, and Google Workspace (spreadsheets, Docs, etc.).
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes
· Experience in adult education or workforce development.
· Knowledge of assessment tools used in adult education (TABE, CLAS-E, HiSET, GED, etc.).
· Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
